If you are an experienced trainer who likes to do heavy basic exercises like the squat or dead lift but you also want to do some shaping exercises like dips and cross-overs than buy the MEGA SmithSystem Home Gym. That's right we said buy. Home Gym Review make a point of never saying "buy" but this gym is a corker.
