 Flat incline decline weight bench to be more accurate. The MEGATUFF Super Olympic Bench is a flat incline decline weight bench made for light industrial use. So it's tuff......megatuff (corny alert!!). And its more than the average flat incline decline weight bench.
Like the MEGATUFF Narrow and Olympic flat incline decline weight bench it has double sided barbell racks and numbered height adjustment holes (I like that idea). What it has that the others don't are height adjustable safety racks in case you run out of steam on the last rep.

thick, double stitched naugahyde upholstery with "hide-em trim"
height adjustable, double sided barbell racks. The height can be adjusted by matching the number of the pin holes on each rack. A simple but great idea, see "Pros" for more on that

excellent quality materials and manufacturing
- the barbells racks are double sided. The real benefit of this is you can train from both sides of the rack. For example, press from the bench side and upright rows from the other. Another great benefit is you its more difficult to overshoot the rack at the end of a set and throw the barbell over your head onto the floor (I've seen it happen!)
- the height adjusting holes on the racks are numbered. Why, why, why aren't all racks like this. How much time have I wasted in the last 15 years counting the number of holes on each side to make sure it's even? Too many.

safety racks. The safety racks really open up the possibilities for solo trainers. No longer do you need to re-rack when you think you MAY have another rep left. I've rescued many a solo trainer from under a barbell when safety racks would have saved them
